LA Chargers injury report: 3 players upgraded to full participation
With it getting closer to Monday, L.A. Chargers edge rusher Josa Bosa missed another practice Friday. On their second injury report of the week, two of three players that were upgraded from limited to full Friday are starters: tight end Will Dissly and left guard Zion Johnson.
The full details of Friday’s injury report are below.
Bosa has been inactive for the team’s last two games with the bye sandwiched between them in Week 5. Fulton played only 23 snaps (42 percent) against the Broncos on Sunday, Hurst only seven (9 percent) and Johnston 32 (41 percent). Leonard played only five snaps on special teams.
Chark was designated for return this week from injured reserve, where he has been all season. McConkey has started four of the team’s five games with Chark on injured reserve. Pipkins, the Chargers’ starting right guard, played 30 snaps (38 percent) and replacement Jamaree Salyer played the other 48 in their last game.
All three players were upgraded to full Friday after being limited the day before.
With Hurst injured, Dissly played 52 snaps (67 percent) against Denver. Johnson played all 78 snaps against the Broncos.
